1. **Insert USB Drive:** Insert the USB drive into the USB port of the main NVR/DVR.
2. **Access CCTV Web Service:** Log in to your PC and access the CCTV web service.
3. **Login to CCTV Web Service:** Log in to the CCTV web service.
4. **Navigate to Playback:** Click on the "Playback" option.
5. **Open File List:** On the right side of the menu, click on "File List."
6. **Access Additional Options:** Click on "More."
7. **Choose Download by File:** Select "Download by File."
8. **Select Channel:** Choose the channel number you want to download files from.
9. **Specify Record Type:** Select "All Records" for the type.
10. **Choose Bit Stream Type:** Select "Main Sub" for the Bit Stream Type.
11. **Set Start Time:** Choose the start date and time for the download.
