NEW NVR/Backup/Backup Browser
Here are the step-by-step instructions for the process you described:
1.Inset USB Drive.
Insert the USB drive into the USB port of the main NVR/DVR.
2.Access CCTV Web Service.
Log in to your PC and access the CCTV web service.
3.Login to CCTV Web Service.
Log in to the CCTV web service.
4.Navigate to Backup.
Click on the "Backup" option.
5.Select Storage Path.
Choose the "USB Drive" as the storage location.
6.Select Record Channel.
Choose the "Channel Number" from which you want to download files.
7.Specify Record Type.
Select "All Records" for the type of recordings to download.
8.Select Download By File.
Choose the option to download files individually.
9.Choose Bit Stream Type.
Select "Main Stream"for the Bit Stream Type.
Choose the "Start Date and Time" for the download.
11.Set End Time.
Choose the "End Date and Time" for the download.
12.Select Backup Type.
Choose "Backup Type DAV" from the options.DAV File Run In Smart Player by Date and Time.
Choose "Backup Type MP4" from the options.MP4 File Run In all Mobile Devices With Out Date And Time.
13.Initiate Search.
Click on the "Search" button.
14.View Download Oprions.
All files matching the criteria will be displayed in the download menu.Each file will be listed individually. You can "Play Each File and Check the Camera and Time Details"on the right side of the download menu.
15.Select files.
"Tick The Boxes" next to the files you want to download.
16.Start Backup.
Click on "Start Backup" to initiate the backup process.
17.Monitor Progress.
The progress of the backup will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
